According to data, property values in areas like NH-24, Crossings Republik, , Indirapuram, Kaushambi, NH 24, NH 58 and Vaishali are witnessing a steady rise ranging from 2 to 26 per cent in every quarter since Dec 11.
Crossings Republik saw 26 per cent rise, respectively.
